Hello and welcome!

With over 15 years of experience in humanities, social work and mental health, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside individuals from all backgrounds and life stages—each carrying unique experiences, strengths and challenges. My approach is grounded in deep compassion, cultural sensitivity and a holistic, person-centered philosophy that meets each client where they are.

I specialize in supporting people through a wide range of concerns—from managing daily stressors and building healthier routines to processing grief, trauma, major life transitions, identity and . Clients often describe my presence as calm and non-judgmental, and my sessions as a safe space where they feel genuinely seen, heard, and supported. Creating that kind of trust and connection is always my goal.

What drives me is a genuine love for people and a belief that healing is always possible. I don’t believe anything is unfixable. If you’re ready to do the work, know that I’ll be right there with you—committed, steady, and fully present.

My formal education includes a Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Liberty University, a Bachelor of Science in Business with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration and an Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice.
